5 stars: Ignore any comments about paywalls or it being too hard to progress. It can be a little grindy but the match 3 mechanics they use is so much fun. If you get stuck just start a new hero of a different class. You even get generous bonuses for doing this! It is designed as a F2P game with expensive micro transactions but if you aren't in a hurry to get everything right now there is no need to spend money to
4 stars: It's decent, the art style is disappointing compared to earlier puzzle quest games.
4 stars: If you like a puzzle game...this is it for you. I'm early in the game but it seem good. No ads or pay to play. Just work hard and strategic.
3 stars: I was enjoying the game until the recent update dropped, making it drastically harder to hurt the enemies (spells and skulls only) whilst they can do still damage me using matches as well. I've not enjoyed the game since, and I have not played as much as a result. ☹️
2 stars: After reaching a certain level chests will not open and gets stuck with a 24hr or 12hr marker. Still won't open after 2 was. I've Uninstaller, reinstalled and even installed on a new a device. I hate I spent so much on this game.
