2 stars: Can't change phone number. Their system, including their e-Wallet is always based on phone numbers. I don't think it's a good idea, and then makes it so hard to even just change a phone number. I would be happy if they also use email based account too. Now I don't want to use it just because I need to change my phone number, but I can't.
2 stars: I downloaded this application because I wanted to try to participate in the mlbb x indomaret event. Unfortunately payment can only be with i.Saku and pay cash at the nearest store. If you want to get a stamp you must also download MyPoin. Connect the three applications to make transactions and get stamps. After the payment is successful, it takes about 3-15 minutes to get a stamp. So, in my opinion the process is quite long.
