5 stars: i had been using Mcash 3-4 month now. mostly use for bill payment. now i started using it for daily basis. it is really convenient and safe now im not scared about peragut anymore since i dont had any cash in my hand bag. cashless really is safe and convenient. couldnt thanks more to the promoter who introduced this apps to me. pls add more merchant in upcoming future.
5 stars: Today is 2nd day I've been trying to get my OTP to proceed.. But nothing happened.. So what's happening? Ok, now I change rating to 5star.. Successfully get my OTP after take out the front zero of my phone number.. Thank you for your advised. Love it..
4 stars: App is working fine now after resolving it with support. Probably the start of 2021 brought issues to DBKL systems since other apps weren't responding as well.
3 stars: Still buggy. Couldn't recognize my correct password. Please add finger print scanner so that we don't have to key in pin everytime we want to view the status. Very cumbersome lah.
3 stars: Cannot top up via app, the internal browser hides half of public bank's page where the buttons to complete the transaction resides. Bad error handling, error exceptions can be seen at popups, currency code displays null haha
