5 stars: Update: the team fixed the isuue. Thank you so much!! My subscription has disappeared. The invoice shows it's paid for this year but no content is being allowed to play. Have sent several emails but no response except for the initial automatic response. Is the site down right now? I even updated the app. Still not working. Please help🙏🙏
5 stars: Hi JioSavan Developer, the search feature does not work for second or next music or artists or podcast search until I don't close the app and reopen. So It is quite irritating. Please fix this bug asap. Requesting to add a feature to play local musics. I mean whatever musics are available in my phone space.
4 stars: It have huge collection of regional song as bhojpuri songs, Please try to add as many songs as possible , Try that every new Bhojpuri song of famous singers, whatever comes, must come on this platform. Rest of the Hindi songs are there. Its browsing speed is very good, try to use less internet while playing songs, talk about audio quality, it is tremendous.
3 stars: Cant change my jio tune now, been 6 months with the same. No songs are available to me. Not able to understand why. Even the ones which I kept before this one. The app crashes in between whenever it feels like. Not the internet problem, bcz other things work smooth as butter. Just want to change my Jio Tune. Hope the developer can help me out for that.
