5 stars: Got lucky being in a great alliance that enhanced the experience. Does cost money as one levels up or you are willing to wait for > 1 month to build to the next level. Does take strategy and good budgeting skills to advance and not make mistakes while building gears Also takes patience, diplomatic skills to communicate with other players.

4 stars: Well you improved with the UAC event when folk couldn't travel to other kingdoms you guys got on it and fixed the issue. The other stuff doesn't matter anymore. I realize that its just your way of venting. You guys have responded to any in game issues when i contact customer support quickly though and are extremely courteous and professional. There are a few little items in the game that aren't clear but it's still good.
3 stars: After the last update, there is a major problem that arises frequently. When I click something, and it doesn't matter what it is, it could be anything at anytime in the game. The screen disappears. ..completely blacks out, I then need to shut down the game and restart to play again. I tried reinstalling it but didn't work. Oh, spend tons, you will need to just to keep up. ;-)
