5 stars: On the rare occasion I am disappointed, but that can happen anywhere. Also a bit pricey, and doesn't always suit my hours. Generally Door Dash is responsive to most issues, convenient, and the best thing is you can continue studying without interruption. So far, still a very nice service. There are a few businesses, who don't offer their entire menus, which can be disappointing. I know I spend way too much here, but worth it.
4 stars: App is making my phone act strangely. For the last few days when viewing the GPS map after placing an order, my entire phone gets a huge amount of lag and some things stop working entirely. The only thing that fixes the problem is resetting the phone completely. It hasn't become a problem yet, I don't think it's damaging my device but it definitely is annoying to be unable to see where the driver is
4 stars: It works well. They don't jack the prices up too much compared to other delivery apps. I have DashPass through my credit card. It's the default and only method of payment. Every time I try to place an order, it says my payment method isn't eligible for DashPass so I have to go to account settings and reselect it. Every time.
3 stars: The latest update keeps crashing my phone. Once my order is placed, if I attempt to open up the map at all, my phone will start to lag and freeze across all apps and processes, including trying to turn off my phone.
