5 stars: Amazing app, but it is a little difficult to navigate, especially when I need to order food. Update: Tech feedback: the app when minimized, just disappears, you have to go to apps and open it again, though context is restored, but everytime you have to go open it again, if you minimize. Which most people I think do a lot. Update: this has been fixed now
5 stars: I have been using Zomato for the longest time that I can remember. Absolutely love the app. However, I feel that they could help in better discounts and offers for yearly membership to make ordering at a budget easier. Also, food options at certain places cannot be accessed, do see if you guys can penetrate those restaurants and areas and get the food delivered. Happy 😊 me!
4 stars: Everyone must remember that zomato isn't a restaurant rather it's just a medium for food to be delivered from the restaurant you choose, I will say that the service fee is a bit high, but that's a given, it's fine, I will still recommend the app especially when you want to order from restaurants that are far away. So, overall it's a good app for delivery
3 stars: I think the zomato wallet thing is a bit inconvenient to people who don't wanna pay online... I had an experience where I paid for the side item ordered and it wasn't sent by the restaurant and the money was transferred to zomato wallet. I didn't have online payment that time... It was loss of money since they said that those zomato points or whatever is goin...
