5 stars: Works great on my android phone, and my kid's iPhone. I saw some complaints about it not working on chrome OS. However, I discovered it was because you don't need the app. Your chromebook automatically finds your printer, hense why it won't load and shuts down. Hope that helps the people who are having trouble!
5 stars: This app does its job. It is very easy to use on my inkjet and Selphy printers. It works each time...no muss, no fuss. This is the best version of this app to date. 11/11/2022: It is two years plus, since I rated the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app. I am pleased to say that it is still doing a 5 star job...perhaps even better-- if that is possible. It continues to work smoothly and does a great job!!
4 stars: Good app. First time installation went well, only thing is I was connecting via wifi. If doing via Wi-Fi, make sure to use the wifi setup off the menu directly from the printer (TR4720 series) before trying to find printer on the app. Would've helped to know this, but overall a good app and very easy to print off smartphone.
4 stars: Using the app prints faster than using gallery on android which is weird. It's very basic. If I want editing done I would use a 3rd party. I don't understand why I can't removed boarders for my prints. Also the navigation UI for finding photos in my folders is not as easy. Not too difficult either but it's a little more work. 4 stars for my rating. My printer is good and I'm happy with it.
