5 stars: This app is so easy to use and purchase tickets at the discounted or lottery prices. Never had an issue in the many times I have purchased from the app. TodayTix are great to contact and make a quick and easy link between you and the theater you are trying to visit/contact.
5 stars: Excellent place to get affordable tickets to a wide range of fab shows! Managed to win £10 tickets to Hamilton, which I'm absolutely thrilled about. When there was a bug on the app and I couldn't pay for tickets, they called me less than an hour after I reported the issue and got it fixed.
4 stars: This review is mostly a suggestion to developers. I know UI is no easy task, but I'd love to see a map view for venues/shows so I can search based on location within my city. I'm more interested in any downtown shows and I think this feature would be helpful for tourists/Broadway enthusiasts to plan their trips by visually seeing where all the venues are in relation to each other. Anyway, thanks for reading!
4 stars: Booked 4 shows using this app now and I'm very pleased with service overall. Occasionally though it freezes & you have to start process again as your only given 5 minutes to continue purchasing the tickets. This is very frustrating & you should maybe think of increasing the time to complete the booking, if things like this are happening. However apart from that issue, I would say it was an excellent app.
