5 stars: Love the quality of the pictures. Setup was very easy. I have 3 cameras. One outside and 2 indoor. Notifications work awesome to let me know when movement is detected. The only complaint is that the camera sensitivity to shadows is too sensitive. I have adjusted the sensitivity scale from low to high to medium and sun shadows trigger alert. Still, having said that, I'm buying more.
5 stars: Previously had issues with my camera connecting and Ezviz customer service team worked hard to help me get everything set up. I really appreciate all the effort they put in to help me. I managed to get both cameras set up again with their help. Just having an issue with the SD cards but they are still trying to help with that as well.
3 stars: I have 3 ezviz cameras that I view and record to the cloud. Two of them have perfect colour and definition during daytime and very clear black and white at night. The 3rd camera is perfect at night but during the day the colours are all wrong and picture is very
2 stars: The app works good for live video and seeing recordings, but when I answer my doorbell, the video freezes on the app so I can't see what the person is doing, but audio works fine... pretty annoying. Even if I go to live video and press the talk button, the live video immediately freezes until I turn off 2 way audio. Very high battery usage.... took 20% alone from my phone after 7hrs. All background usage.
