5 stars: Cheaper and a faster pick up than Uber. Google maps gave Bolt as an option and after downloading App, its so much easier vs. Inputting address each time. You can communicate with your driver on app via phone or text.. I kept it on cash basis. It tells you price before confirming. Reliable service. Nice drivers, clean cars. Thank you Bolt for making my stay on Paris a nice one. One of my daughter'sneeds so metro was not an option.
4 stars: I use a lot. Sometimes in busy periods it can be frustrating waiting and arrival times changing. The quality of drivers and cars varies a lot too but overall, a reasonable service for a reasonable charge.
4 stars: Apps easy to use, and have only had good experiences with drivers. But the location database needs work. Calls Riga Airport RIG, when it's RIX. Going to the correct airport is not something you want to question
2 stars: First, always check that the picture of the driver is the same as the driver behind the wheel, second always make sure the vehicle registration and make matches as well. The app has been working ok for a time and mostly the experience has been ok. Lately the same issues as uber. Rides are either not accepted or accepted then promptly cancelled. Sometimes multiple cancellations occur and i do not understand the reason.
