5 stars: Great App only thing im finding hard is i bought an apple imac it says its downloadable on the device but then i cant download so im not sure on that. Other than that its amazing service always creating new ideas with the app so easy to use. love it!!
5 stars: Easy to find close by locations for services you are looking for, up to date calendars for easy appointment scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments. Pretty straightforward easy to use app.
4 stars: Pretty cool app. Really easy. My clients like it but it does have technical difficulties from time to time so please bare with us Barbers and stylists. It can be a little better but hopefully soon we wont have those difficulties anymore.
4 stars: Everything about this app is great except when you try to view upcoming appointments. Everytime I've tried to look it gives me an error message and says yo reload app. Even after reloading app it still gives the error.
3 stars: Nice app. Two thing needed: 1) Would be awesome to be able to customize an alert to remind myself when I need to schedule my next appointment. 2) Also would be great to be able to add myself to an online waiting list if my stylist doesn't have availability. Then get an alert if there's a cancelation.
2 stars: Ok for booking appointments with my hairdresser. App definitely has a lot of problems though. Sometimes it won't allow you to reschedule or cancel appointments. The pages won't load properly. The same issue happens...
