5 stars: We have been using Pharmeasy since 1 year and extremely happy with their service. Some may had first experience bad one, however can try out once more. Once there was error from my end while ordering the medicine and pharmeasy was kind enough to rectify the same on request and provided correct product as incorrect product would have been of no use.
4 stars: Good app for medicine and health check up order. Issue is , there is a option to add prescription to order medicine, test, but if u do so they will add expensive medicine instead of recommended one and when you enquire about it will say
3 stars: Had given 5 star earlier. Loved the app. But now I don't like the app much. Too many glitches and also the wallet can not be used according to own need to pay for medicines but only 5 percent of the whole amount can be paid using wallet. I think it's useless that way to be honest. Might not use the app from now on .
2 stars: Very disappointed.... They delivered defective item,and if you want to do complain, it not solve....... I had order 1product ,while ordering price was shown 410 and after orderconformation ,within 2hr ,I got notification the price is less, but I didn't receive my extra amount..... Plz don't go with this app.... Wrost service
