5 stars: Support center is very active and responds quickly. Had an issue with a Turkish plan, they reissued the package and it worked. I strongly advise the company to put video or instructions with pictures based on different devices. They do have one, but the site wasn't mobile friendly, add that to your application to make it easier for users. And hope they add more countries in the middle east like Jordan for example.
4 stars: I love this app, I've been using it for so long and it's been the easiest and cheapest texting app I've came across but the only problem I encounter here is when my texts appears to be delivered with a different number instead of my initial number meanwhile I receive texts with my initial number, this issues seems to come from the telecom services and needs to be solved as soon as possible.
4 stars: Crashed on my Samsung. But when the support told me to move it to iP, it works fine. But some feature (such as text sender number) isn't appearing my number (instead, it is appearing a masking. It should be fixed since I tried to contact somebody but the person was confused even when that person had already saved my number and received a masked sender Note : the support is actually helping, but still needs improvements
