5 stars: I LOVE this app. I use it throughout the day to focus between tasks, appreciate a nice walk, or play music in the background as I get ready for the day or get ready to sleep. The daily meditations are inspiring, and there's so much content for every life situation that I doubt I'll ever get through it all. The premium subscription is more than worth it for everything you have access to.
5 stars: Have been using this app daily for a few years. It is the only way I can fall asleep consistently, and I use it to meditate at work when I am stressed. I love it. Has been a game changer for me. I like that they have added some shorter meditations for when i don't have much time. The content is kept fresh and i have some favorites i go to time after time.
4 stars: I have really enjoyed the app, but I I have two critiques. The first is that there is no algorithm at all for what is recommended. It is very fratrating. Second, is consistency of volume. I use the sleep stories at night. Every once in awhile the next story will start up so loud that it wakes me.
