5 stars: Great deals and customer service! Had a problem with booking for the next day instead of the same day hotel I needed. It was a non refundable rate and I thought I was going to lose my full payment. I went skiing the next day and checked my app and they refunded in agoda cash. At first I thought the customer service was no good. They totally came through in the end. The prices on this app are usually Unbeatable
4 stars: App is too slow up to the point it always not responsive. Updated to the latest update also didn't help. Hope they will optimize the app. Edit: turned out, if i enable location services, the app works fine.
4 stars: I do quite a number of hotel room bookings thru agoda. Haven't tried booking together with flights though. I wish the reviews could be sorted by 'the latest' because the quality of hospitality for a few establishments have gone down over the years.
3 stars: At times the prices can be higher than actual walk-in or direct booking, but it's convenient. Always check your e-mail once booking is done, I have been double charged by the app glitching causing double bookings. Also make sure your booking dates are accurate, for some reason you are able to book rooms for the previous day (yesterday's date).
