5 stars: Really good, and definitely worth the money to support ongoing development. It could use a few features that are sorely missed, though. I'd like to see better audiobook support in the future, since the experience as it stands is not worth the effort. I really like how intuitive the UI is, though, and even my elderly parents have almost no trouble navigating the interface.
4 stars: Love this app, it has plenty of content and a lot of variety. The only downside is that there are up to 7 ads, per
3 stars: Supported the developers for 2 years at $5/month for Plex Pass. App never really improved. Constantly loses its place in the show/movie if paused for too long. Can't fast forward or rewind smoothly. Good if you start a movie from the beginning and play with no interruptions. Terrible if you need to pause for any reason.
2 stars: Downloading and converting can be buggy, no basic features like playback speed, pausing for too long will stop video loading, confusing navigation, and more. The most annoying is the 30 second fast forward, which is too much for videos, and you end up going back and forth a few times every time. Really makes watching anything on Plex unpleasant and off putting.
