4 stars: I really had a great time on this app. I signed up for the free trial but canceled the subscription because it is cost prohibitive especially on a fixed income. Other than that I loved it! The live sports was awesome and live TV plus a DVR and on demand selection it was great thanks YouTubeTV wish I could be a part of that family it's just too deep in my pocket.
4 stars: I still struggle with YouTube TV's definition of 'LIVE' content. If you start a show, leave and come back later, it still shows up as 'LIVE' on your recent viewed channels. Also a rerun of anything (even decades old) being rebroadcast says 'LIVE' as if it was happening now. Very confusing when sports channels reply old games...
3 stars: YouTube TV is OK but I can't find the most recent episodes of shows that I watch most often. I wish I could only record episodes that I haven't watched yet and delete the ones I have seen. It is very confusing and I get frustrated when I turn on an episode and find that I have already watched it. Not sure yet if I'm going to stick with YouTube TV or go back to satellite. It might be worth a few extra bucks to avoid all the frustration.
2 stars: If you like commercials this is the app for you! At least with regular cable DVR you can fast forward through the commercials as soon as it records. Not with youtube tv. You have to wait a day or 100 to be able to do that. Very disappointed. Update. Still watching commercials when I use this apps DVR. Not on other ...
