5 stars: The service has improved since l commented last. The quality of voice is better, clearer. Actually l use this app for phone calls only and all friends and relatives across the world who have been introduced to it by me are very happy with it. They had never heard of it and were surprised at the excellent quality of voice and clear communication. However, we still have to face disruptions and disconnections occasionally.
5 stars: Good, Video clarity is good as well as audio. In case network is low we are getting hanging or video is getting freeze. Other than that everything is good to use. This is video and audio call application, so kindly increase the security to avoid the data miss use by third party app or people.
4 stars: Has been one of the most clean apps to converse and be happy without any lag and issue. Performance is good with network and less latency issues.. needs some work on the notification part. As sometimes the incoming text or call is not at all visible until you open the app. Needs work.. but terrific otherwise.
4 stars: Works perfectly and the quality and consistency of the connection is almost always great, but it has an issue with receiving calls. I have to unlock my phone, drag my notifications down, and click accept, and for some reason my phone is always slow to unlock when receiving a botim call. Answering calls could be more convenient, only then would I give it a 5 stars.
