5 stars: The app itself is perfectly fine with a straightforward UI, from my experience. However, I've been hit with a virus that's restricting my access to areas where it may be. *Files needs to update Samsung's security* This is a very malicious one too.
5 stars: The Samsung MY Files is a good place for me to store important downloaded documents, also its an easy place for me to find them!!
4 stars: Won't open on Galaxy. Used uninstall, update reinstall, doesn't work. There was an update on Samsung's website, made it work. Go there. Wouldn't work from Play Store. Shouldn't it be the same?

2 stars: This app has always worked fine for me. It's been my preferred file manager for a while now. At the last update, though, you shrunk the size of the thumbnails so much that even on my tablet they're nearly useless! If there's any way to change the thumbnail size back, please let me know! Fix that and I'll go to five stars.
