5 stars: Always Great 🤟 AMAZON is the single app which is always great by its all services like Shopping, Bill Payment for all varieties plateforms, Rewards, Entertainment by mini tv & it's Super support and best part of the Amazon is, you can choose multiple address for one time order which never offered by any plateform according to my knowledge. You never be offended with Amazon.
3 stars: Make option to be able to use multiple tabs within the app like in a web browser so we can see multiple products at once and compare them. Some offers on the home screen also don't load if you click and it just says that there is an error. Please fix this issue.
3 stars: Amazon as such has a great selection to purchase. App is facing issues with payments after RBI rules change on saving credit and debit card information from 1 Oct. The information is not visible but it is still saved in the server. I am not able to use Diners card for payments anymore. App keeps throwing
2 stars: I have been shopping and using the Amazon app for the last few years. I have experienced that this app works much slower than any other mobile app. Many times there is an error to go to the product. the same problem also occurs when we switch Amazon to Amazon Pay. In today's era it is very important to have an e-payment application fast, and for payment Must be a separate app. Thank you.
