5 stars: Very good overall! Shipping costs are a bit expensive, also there's the option to filter by clothe size, shoe size, ring size, but it's missing a way to filter by waist size, for jeans or shorts, that's a thing that would bring even more value to the application.
5 stars: Great app. Mostly great buyers and sellers. Only slight negative is that if you receive delivery to home while away, app automatically records as received after period of time and marks item as ok so not possible/ extremely hard to return a faulty item - this happened for an item that was delayed in being posted and then arrived while I was on holiday.
4 stars: Such a brilliant app concept - it's straightforward, trustworthy and great for the environment. There's one important downside though: the shipping. I've been using this app for over a year and I've frequently been disappointed by shipping providers. Many of my parcels have gotten lost, or they've taken several weeks to arrive. It's good that users can get a refund after, but it makes me reluctant to keep buying/selling on Vinted.
