4 stars: The app is really simple and relaxing. Definitely repetetive, but not *so* repetitive as to be boring. Yes, there are ads between every candle, but it doesn't interrupt the carving. I only had to play a few times to know it was worth the $2.99 to remove the forced ads - the
4 stars: Surprisingly love this game, I find it very relaxing! However, I am to a point where I can't progress much further and it gets boring after a few candles at a time, so I wish there was the option to unlock more colors or ideally mix custom colors so that we could make gradients and try new things. I also wish that some of the tools could be flipped to use both ways.
3 stars: The game's okay. It's the kind of thing you play for the extra 3 minutes you have until you must go somewhere. One of the good things about this game is, that you don't have to spend money or do challenges to unlock any colours. The colours are just there and all free for you to use without unlocking them first, even when you enter the game for the very first time.
3 stars: A good game and the ads aren't that crazy and I really like how the difficulty and challenge progressed as you gained the different tools. What I knocked down points for is that after you've earned all the sculpting tools you only seem to get the simple forms and none of the more complicated ones that require some of the more special blades. It's super disappointing! If this changes I'll gladly bump my rating to 5 stars!
