5 stars: It is a wonderful video conference app able to send files of all types with good support. The video is very sharp and the audio very clear. It is better then Skype. Great for personal as well as for work and work teams.

3 stars: Couple of issues 1. The app performance is slow almost always 2. The UI is outdated, and not much of theme support. 3. Smart watch integration is aweful and the quick response or reply function is pathetic. 4. The view list is confusing (long time user of slack) 5. The image load is too slow. And takes forever to download the image in chat.
