5 stars: Great way to get around in Tbilisi. The app worked smoothly, seamless map integration and good tracking. The interface is clean and easy to use, and has the standard features like ability to save cards for secure and easy payment, star ratings, and driver/car info. Prices were good, and the drivers I had spoke sufficient English.
5 stars: My first ride was excellent! My driver was great,courteous, and understanding. Highly recommend. Only thing is, the pickup location pin was a bit confusing given that I was standing near an accessible street, the pin was located somewhere else, so there was a bit of walking and then confirmation as to where I should be.
4 stars: A great app, easy to use and not with the many glitches or delays/cancellations Uber has. However, improvements can be made. The pinpoint of the pickup and delivery address could be more specific. Also, the colour of the cab would be helpful. And the phone calls between driver and passenger is never clear, always muffled and delayed. All that being said, this is my favourite cab booking app for now.
4 stars: It would be really helpfull if the app would have an option that when booking a trip it shows right away how much time it takes to the destination. There is no option to know unless you book it already and realize it doesn't fit your schedule. Hopefully you will take this suggestion in concideration. Thank you
