5 stars: Very reliable and accurate. The only problem for me was being an inexperienced public transit user, and not knowing the route information, it would be nice to offer a description of the route, info for the traveller who is not familiar with the area. Looking for a map in the app with all the routes, lines and stations. Still a great app ! And has saved me much guessing
4 stars: Super helpful app when commuting around Jakarta — especially using Transjakarta. In this app you'll got bus upcoming departure time estimation, and pretty accurate. But, I think the UI needs to be revamped and updated, it looks pretty dated. And, I do know this app needs incomes through ads, but please make it less annoying. Bcs it shows almost every single important tap, to be dramatically telling this.
4 stars: Been using it for over 3 years now, just recently been using its barcode payment option and it's pretty smooth. Some lines won't appear and then will at the last minute, some won't appear at all and still come through the stop but that's pretty rare in my case. Overall a 5 star rating. Edit: 4 stars at the moment, this app is beginning to get riddled with ads. Very annoying.
3 stars: Please return the large map display area, with the ability to hide the bottom table with the route, as it was before, it is very annoying, since the visible map area has become smaller. And please make the option to disable the mark on the map
