5 stars: Great App, no issues encountered so far, and setup was a breeze! I have had so many issues in the past connecting devices to printers, this app was terrific. With that being said, my experience did consist of connecting a new device to an existing printer.
4 stars: I had to change my review since set up yesterday. Was not easy to set up using the app. Set up instructions wouldn't continue past insert paper. Then kept telling me to finish set up. Drove me crazy. I did manage to get through the set up phase though. It is responding very well and it does print very nicely. I am very pleased with the quality which is the most important thing to me

3 stars: Honestly, I have never seen a printer go through colored ink as quickly as this one. It's a bit discouraging. I have logged in to the app 3x and now it's saying to refresh and does nothing. I guess I will just not do anything from my phone. I will try my laptop. Not very happy yet. It's as if it just goes in reverse. 🤷😳
2 stars: Far, far too complicated! There is no way (that I've found) to set some default settings especially double/ single sided printing. If I print a document using double-sided, the next time my wife prints from her laptop, she gets double-sided even if her ladt orint job was single sided.
