4 stars: UPDATE: now it works fine, looks like they fixed something. PREVIOUSLY: shows wrong ship location and history always shows as a loop ftom wrong ship location to the actual location. Cmon pay some cash to your app coders, this is lame so far!
3 stars: When it works it's great but here lately it lags bad if it even shows boats. I work at a lock and dam on the Mississippi river and when Google earth is down we rely on Find Ship. But like I said it works when it wants to
4 stars: An enjoyable pastime This is a good tool to follow friends on a cruise or just keep an eye on favourite ships. I'm not impressed with the 'ships wheel' icon to open a 'sub menu', which just slows down my selection. I would like to see a distance scale as is common on most maps.
4 stars: Not yet tested accuracy... ...noticed large movement jumps, but can't expect more from free software. Interesting global browsing... disappointed to find no images of the vessels though. I like to compare designs of the different transport types. Seems to be working. Will test out accuracy when at the coast next. First impression got it the 4stars... pics would've been 5... will review my feedback at later point. Great work!
