The ability to showcase our products, the add to cart feature, and the auto reply options are making life easier for small business owners to grow and develop with minimal resources. The new version can be used in several devices and the desktop version now doesn't require the phone to be near. Well done developers!
4 stars: I don't receive any notifications when I receive new messages. I have to open the app to retrieve new messages. This creates late response to clients. Unable to broadcast to multiple contacts. What's the point of business app but no such function? Also not able to use whatsapp business for laptop. It would be much easier for businesses if it was accessible on the laptop. Please upgrade for better experience.

3 stars: Its a good platform to reach out and connect. My only concern is all of a sudden they ban and stop service for voilation of policy. In reality we have done nothing different but pay the price. It is one of the worst expereince and it completely brings operation on halt. Please do necessary changes in your policy so that it is more user friendly. Thankyou
