5 stars: I bought a round trip ticket but had to unexpectedly get home earlier due to the Covid situation in my country as it was closing its borders and shutting down its airport. After contacting Customer Service and explaining my situation, I got a refund for the amount of my return ticket. It was my first time booking through almosafer and will definitely book with them again.
