3 stars: can't lock car at the allowed parking border although I WAS INSIDE. (I've been parking and taking cars from the same spot countless times before). I like WeShare, but this was a bad experience and a bad time to ask me for a review.

4 stars: Update: after I had a terrible expereience with the video chat personell last summer I decided to give up on using this app. I tried again in January 2020 (with drivenow deciding to raise prices and ubeqoo shutting their Berlin service) and this time the registration went smoothly, no video document confirmation was needed, thank god. The cars are great and so far I had only positive experiences picking them up and dropping them off.

4 stars: Sometimes have to retry multiple times to open/close car due to system failures. Despite this app is still easier and more convenient to use compared to competitors, covered Berlin area is reasonable (though I'm hoping it will increase in future), number of available cars is very great and e-golf is absolutely amazing car to drive in city. Best car share service I had chance to use so far.
