3 stars: Good app on the whole but the 'shop' option is very glitchy, just flickers and keeps trying to refresh. I am disappointed that the sync to Google Fit does not work properly. It carries the data over for the day but changes the steps from previous days when you sync each day. I took over 12000 steps in a day which logged properly on that day. The next day it was changed to 3500 and syncing it again does not change it back. Please fix.
5 stars: I love using the app ! Everything at my fingertips! Staying on track by putting my food choices in . Easy to operate to find recipes , exercise routines from yoga, dance, aerobics and more ! Inspiration speakers . Plus the coaches very informed! Being part of community is wonderful experience. Doing the challenges to keep involved and moving forward! Once again I love it! I will continue using this app for my weight loss journey !
4 stars: I luv this app as it is easy to follow but I think it should ask if you have any disabilities that stops you from doing certain exercises or programmes. I would luv to run,jump,get down on the floor, but not able too, have a hard time walking with a cane etc.. How can you give an exercise programme not knowing what an individual can or can't do?? Something to think about! Otherwise I would give 5 stars not 4!
