5 stars: I am constantly getting logged out of the app, luckily logging in is simple and quick, but it would be nice to not have to go through the login every time. Only had to contact support once, they called back quickly, talked English, and refunded my ride in full \ud83c\udf89 Keep up the good work \ud83d\udcaa and perhaps add more cars to the Berlin fleet \ud83d\ude4f
3 stars: can't lock car at the allowed parking border although I WAS INSIDE. (I've been parking and taking cars from the same spot countless times before). I like WeShare, but this was a bad experience and a bad time to ask me for a review.
3 stars: The service is great but I am having quite a few issues with the app. Twice I have come back to it and found that it's signed me out for no reason, during a car hire. If the car is immobilised and you want to end the trip, you have to mobilise it just to then click \

4 stars: Update: after I had a terrible expereience with the video chat personell last summer I decided to give up on using this app. I tried again in January 2020 (with drivenow deciding to raise prices and ubeqoo shutting their Berlin service) and this time the registration went smoothly, no video document confirmation was needed, thank god. The cars are great and so far I had only positive experiences picking them up and dropping them off.
