3 stars: using the site is ok. I don't like how difficult it is to locate the address of the stylist and the fact that you have to pay a fee to book the appt that doesn't go towards your service. That fee even though it's not expensive should not be on the customers to pay. The customer did chose to use the app and has no other choice. it's a convenience for the stylist that the customer is paying for.
5 stars: Kimberlee did a terrific job coloring \u0026 trimmimg my hair today, just like always! I often get compliments from total strangers about my hair color. The way she does the blond streaks with a darker base provides depth to my fine hair \u0026 makes it look thicker while still looking very natural. I've been a client of Kimberlee's for years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
3 stars: The stylist was great! I will definitely see her again. Not a fan of Styleseat and the fees they charge that should be going to be going to the person providing the service not the app.
4 stars: it's a great way to find a stylist, much easier then Googling. It does have a kink with the app with going back to the previous page but very easy to book an appointment.
5 stars: love the convenience of this app as a custom9er and as a professional. it definitely makes life easier. at this point I don't know where I'd be without it....
