5 stars: This APP is awesome. You put in the City and/or zip code you're looking for and properties pop up. Ads give you description, phone numbers, amenities, and filters you can fill out to your preference. Really recommend this wonderful app.
5 stars: Hot pads provides me with so many options and updates me as soon as a new listing shows. The houses are in the area and price range I requested. I feel I have the latest info to help me in my search. Thank you hot pads.
3 stars: The app does what is its supposed to do which is to list apartments for rent. The problem is where do they get their info? I've never gotten a response from a single rental so wbo is getting my requests for viewings?

5 stars: Seems to be a great tool. The app works perfectly. However I do sometimes have an issue with the website. But all in all this is one of the best sites/apps for the situation.
