3 stars: using the site is ok. I don't like how difficult it is to locate the address of the stylist and the fact that you have to pay a fee to book the appt that doesn't go towards your service. That fee even though it's not expensive should not be on the customers to pay. The customer did chose to use the app and has no other choice. it's a convenience for the stylist that the customer is paying for.
4 stars: it's a great way to find a stylist, much easier then Googling. It does have a kink with the app with going back to the previous page but very easy to book an appointment.
5 stars: love the convenience of this app as a custom9er and as a professional. it definitely makes life easier. at this point I don't know where I'd be without it. probably on the phone or on a piece of paper writing down appts wasting time when I could've been making money. love styleseat
