4 stars: Blinkist is a great service with lots to offer. There are so many great books that we can now get the gist of very quickly, both in text and audio formats. The app has features that the browser version doesn't, such as favorites and Shortcasts. I wish the browser version had them too. Also, I wish we could filter our library by topics. We can explore topics but not filter our libraries that way.
4 stars: I used to be a book worm, but shiny media crippled my ability to focus on a book for a long time. This app is great for me to take key messages from books I would love to read, and it also helps me select which books I should buy and read in full in my limited time and attention. Although I love the concept of this app, the app's user interface is really confusing and intricate. Must be improved!
5 stars: These are really wonderful. For a person who likes to take notes while reading non-fiction, I find this service a time saver. The blinks are the notes of the larger texts. I also have large and long projects which cause me stress because of the long timeframes to feel accomplished. The ability to complete a reading in short amounts of time is soothing for my soul.
5 stars: Really awesome app. It feels like reading a collection of great blog posts \u2014 much less daunting than reading the whole books. At the same time is comforting to know that if I ever want to dive in deeper I can do so by reading the actual book. Also the fact that all the blinks also...
