4 stars: Love this game, very similar to the original but it's very buggy. Often loses connection, characters move wrongly sometimes, very hard to select a character when busy, cannot see a queue on an already selected character not on a room and many other features missing. Nevertheless, a game I play frequently and enjoy very much. I just wish they'd notice the bugs and start fixing them.
4 stars: Pretty good but still room for improvement. You only see the graphics from one angle so it's hard to see if something is in the way (there's no snap to in an ideal position too). I do find it annoying that it is so pricey to change a person's name (I find it annoying that all the best doctors have the same name, Hannibal, Huff etc and it gets awkward telling the difference between them).
