5 stars: Best phone service I've ever had, love the VPN. App is minimalistic and easy to understand. For example, looking at all my credits and savings in one place. Seeing what you've spent and what you have left is great. Shopping for a new phone right in the app is a great experience too, ever break your phone? They make it super easy with no hassle to buy a new one right in this app.
3 stars: Only thing I don't like is having to download Google messages to see MMS instead of using the installed app that came with the phone even though Samsung and Google have gone hand and hand for years now. I hate the Google message app outside of the limited ability to change the theme it stops working in certain areas and THAT'S why I don\u2019t like using it. Now after switching to Google fi I'm told I have to use it which is aggravting
5 stars: Excellent service and the app works as it should. I love that I can see pending credits as well as credits that have already balanced. Took me forever though to figure out that WiFi calling is enabled in the Fi app and not on my S22. 5 stars.
