4 stars: Finger print authentication doesn't work properly, still requires login and password. When you reset the feature it worked property briefly.
5 stars: Heather was overly attentive and helped me when it was an oversight and I needed it . All before I even had to call for assistance. She is very dilgent and competent at her job on the next level. Thanks for your help . I was ever so greatful.... \ud83d\ude09 (Castlegar location)
3 stars: UI is nice enough. Won't let me do a cash advance/pay day loan. Redirects me to the website for processing, would be much better if I could see the status of my loan as well. When logging in it has the option for Fingerprint ID but everytime I do it it just gets to log in anyway.
3 stars: App log in issues October 8, 2021. Password changes multiple times and still cant log in. :(
5 stars: Absolutely love this app and its cheque-cashing option! I use it everytime and never have an issue! Not to mention the ladies at Money Mart Cobourg are the best staff I've seen and are excellent at what they do and have complete patience and respect for all customers!
5 stars: Awesome app !! it took about a week to understand the process for the cheque cashing. In the end I got my money on my titanium card. I've and will recommend the app.
4 stars: Ok at first i had a really hard time with login and what not... just be paitent and wait for screens to load ..and turn screen savers off . And do not refresh ..anyways it worked fast...
