5 stars: I love Zomato! I have used it for the past couple of years and I'm never disappointed with the quality of food, service, and delivery. It's my go-to place when I am craving Indian food. The best part is that you can order from multiple restaurants without paying a ridiculous delivery fee when we are using Pro. Zomato is simply brilliant!
3 stars: Amazing app, but it is a little difficult to navigate, especially when I need to order food. Update: Tech feedback: the app when minimized, just disappears, you have to go to apps and open it again, though context is restored, but everytime you have to go open it again, if you minimize. Which most people I think do a lot.
5 stars: Great. Still in the beginning stages. Not too many choices in Kadapa. Hopefully, more restaurants will be added soon. Update: very good. Serving location on Kadapa outskirts also. Very happy. I can give 5 stars now. Update: very good and so many options now. If samosa and chicken pakoda also can be added, it will be more fun.
4 stars: Zomato is taking extra delivery charges rs 42-52 for 4.7 km distance actual distance (delivery boy told the distance by short rout by new over bridge in Ramnagar Varanasi.) Whereas Zomato app reads automatically the longest rout over 12 km and taking extra charges. I tried to solve by chat to customer car service, but still it's unsolved. Zomato customer care service is not helpful and doesn't have calling facility.
