3 stars: it's not reliable. It used to perform badly. When i open the app, it used to display the opening page for really long time eventhough the signal strength is enough. It's annoying, even more when i really need to buy quota from app.
4 stars: Well the problem has resolved on it's own with the new look. Maybe yesterday's bug was because of this new look. Well so far still try to get used to the new interface, so let's see. Keep up the good work for the team.
