4 stars: So far so good. Only used it to process 2 claims now. Still the same tedious work to submit all the details. Why we cant bill everything direct to PBC is beyond me. The upload is easy enough to take a photo of the receipts and send them in this way instead of the mail. Hopefully they keep tweaking it to streamline it more. An older person might have problems with all the navigating of the app.
3 stars: The app was perfectly fine and useful earlier, but recently has started crashing abruptly. It is impossible to enable biometric login on Pixel 6, just selecting the option crashes the app. Hope there is a fix in the works.
5 stars: The ap has been a game changer with submitting claims that the provider doesn't do direct billing. Extremely fast with the money back and directly into your bank account. Very user friendly!
4 stars: Unstable but useful when it works. Can't seem to open in the latest version of Android.
4 stars: Convenient, but often has glitches and won't let me add pictures of my receipts. Overall 1000 times better than mailing in the receipts!
