4 stars: I luv this app as it is easy to follow but I think it should ask if you have any disabilities that stops you from doing certain exercises or programmes. I would luv to run,jump,get down on the floor, but not able too, have a hard time walking with a cane etc.. How can you give an exercise programme not knowing what an individual can or can't do?? Something to think about! Otherwise I would give 5 stars not 4!

This app gives you every tool you need for success.
5 stars: I love this app. It is super easy to use and follow. I love how it co necessary to my fitbit earning me weekly points. I needed something simple to use to lose weight and this app has done that.
4 stars: It's SO easy to use! However, sometimes it tracks something to the wrong meal and I can't get it to work unless I enter all the separate foods for that meal.
5 stars: the app has even more features than it did when I first reviewed it 2 years ago. it's also easier to use with a menu on the left that includes a link to most features. this app has so many features. it is really helping me on my weight-loss journey.
