3 stars: Dont like the experience of drivers keeping me wait for a long time and cancelling the ride, thus wasting my time. And to top it, uber deducts money from my wallet for such instances forcing me to take additional steps to claim it back. Its not being customer centric, but driver centric.
4 stars: A great app! Cabs are available all time for our service and the safety precautions are great inside the cab. They take us to accurate place however sometimes the drivers are not concerned about Pick up location.

4 stars: Reply is coming in Hindi script ! Must be in English unless it is asked for. Whenever a booking is confirmed, the driver will definitely ask for the name of the destination point and whether payment will be done in cash or online... And suddenly the booking will be cancelled if it doesn't satisfy him. It is so irritating....
3 stars: Lately its always a busy day when you request a ride and you can wait really ling just to get someone and then they sometimes cancel when you can least afford to spend more time requesting. When someone does pitch up tho the ride experience and professionalism is great.
3 stars: It's great.... Only problem is the connectivity to drivers which affects the time of arrival sometimes and the GPS location estimations are sometimes incorrect which may also contribute to time of arrival... But the drivers are respectful, safe and friendly.
