5 stars: I have booked a ticket but failed to give correct irctc credentials. My fare has been debited from my account. But they hold the ticket for half an hour and give me the option to put correct irctc credentials. I have successfully done it within half an hour. Service was awesome. Thanks for such a great service..

And food is also too good I am almost happy with this train but in this train their is too much outside people coming and they to sweep the floor and saying to give them money ..not once but 6-7 times in a days that's not good ... But I got good experience from train and neighbour passengers is also very polite ...
5 stars: Best ever app for trwin ticket booking hasselt free booking, when you book from irctc website most off the time at the time of payment either amount deducted without booking or session expires but this never happen with Ixigo app. Also another advantage is you can easily download the booked ticket anytime. I just love this app.
4 stars: I have faced the problem of cancellation of ticket. Within the 2 hrs of ticket confirmation. And I have not even received my money back . This is only the disadvantage ,except this everything is good Please rectify this problem
