4 stars: definitely a workout. I as a beginner beginner that really out of shape and overweight found it difficult to do at times could use some tweaking for those like me cause it can be discouraging when my body just won't bend, stretch or do particular poses
5 stars: Simple direct instructions. No excess talking, music or noise is surprisingly relaxing.

3 stars: I really like the app because of its simplicity. However one thing that bothers me is its not for beginners. I've been having a hard time keeping up with some of the workouts which leaves me feeling behind and incomplete. You really should have a couple easy beginner workouts for those of us who are new to yoga.
4 stars: If you accidentally back out during a session no matter how far in, you can not resume your session and therefore must restart. If they fixed this issue it would be a 5 star rating from me!
