5 stars: I gave this 5 stars due to it being free access to audiobooks that are available through your public library. Which means all you need is a library card. So the flaws are expected considering you do not pay. It can be glitchy when trying to access the titles, sometimes takes a long time to load the items you're listening to. But considering it's a platform that allows remote access to public libraries, you can't expect it to be flawless
4 stars: A great way to borrow and read books. I've never had any major problems using the app, but there is some room for improvement, such as being able to change the page counter to pages left in chapter, percentage read or predicted reading time. Searching can also sometimes be a little difficult as the top results are often unrelated to what you wanted, and it would be useful to get recommendations based on what you have read.
5 stars: A wonderful app. I listen to borrow box in the car on trips (using in car bluetooth), while doing chores during the day (using bluetooth boom box speakers) and to relax at night (using a headset). The books are quick to download and i don't have to go to the library to retrieve them. Lead time to borrow specific books could be improved.
