3 stars: All functions work perfectly, a few hickups here and there but that is not a big deal...if WiFi fails, simply turn on airplane mode and try again. my only gripe is with the subscription service....thus dashcam cost 430$ before tax....it should be free. also, the daily ad is a pain in the ass..i don't want the battery and showing it to me constantly wont make me buy it.
4 stars: 19-Aug-20 Update: App push for cloud connectivity alerts have been fixed. Same experience as other users with constant app push for cloud connect and disconnect alerts even after the setting for push notification is turned off in the app. It's very annoying. Using with DR750S with latest firmware. Please fix an I will give it 5 stars if I dont find other bugs.
3 stars: Edit: after playing around i found that turning airplane mode on and connecting to the camera finally got the s****d app to work. everythings fine qoth the app other than the terrible connectivity issue.
3 stars: App is good, not great. Daily ads to use a product I feel I paid way too much for is aggravating. Lots of quirks, but few crashes.
3 stars: It works to download videos, but a pain point is that it tries to check for an app update, which easily takes 30 seconds without an internet connection, like in my underground garage. This should get fixed. Additionally, it's an awkward interface to find how to download photos to the user's storage, rather than to the app's private files.
