5 stars: This app has been a blessing and really helps me to manage my stress, anxiety and emotions. The only thing is recently the audio sometimes stops randomly in the middle while playing, maybe a bug? Also, I agree with another reviewer that adding an in-app volume control would be amazing, especially if it could remember the set volume for specific tracks. Some tracks are too quiet even when I set it to max volume, e.g. shower meditation.
4 stars: Recent UX changes deprioritized the actual timer for which the app is named but you can edit in Profile then Settings to change the opening screen. This loads the timer immediately. The old system of having it pinned to the top of the home page was cleaner so you could choose features that were less randomized by suggestions and social media stories. But this is okay.
5 stars: An awesome app! Includes so many resources, a huge variety of options to choose from, and exceptional content creators. I can't say enough positive feedback for this app! It has become an important tool for my spiritual journey, and it has enhanced my practice exponentially.
5 stars: One of the best apps out there for kids and adults. We found it to help with sleep, but now use it for so much more! Insight Timer has helped us in so many ways! All 5 of us aged 3 to 41!
